How to Use

01. Check the right & left sides
Wear the device according to the indicated direction.

02. Open the Velcro
The special Velcro stays secure and strong, even after repeated use.

03. Position your calf in the center
Make sure the controller is positioned on the outer side of your leg.

04. Wrap the device around your calf comfortably
Start with a loose fit and gradually adjust the intensity to find the level that suits you best.

05. Press and hold the power button
It will start in default Level 1. Choose your preferred intensity and mode.

06. Have a relaxing and enjoyable moment with Pulio
The device will automatically shut off after 20 minutes with the safety timer.
